UHQ Services LLC (“we”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are responsible for the personal data processed through this website and in our direct relationship with you.

This website has no user accounts, no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party embeds. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own servers, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit.

Like any web server, our infrastructure records technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user agent and response status. These logs are only used to keep the website secure and working, and are deleted after 30 days at most.

If you email or call us, we process the information you choose to share — your name, contact details and the content of your message — to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract.

We only store what is strictly necessary for the website to work as you expect. None of it is used for tracking or shared with anyone:

• “locale” cookie: remembers your language (1 year).

• “consent” cookie: remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice (6 months).

• “theme” (local storage, on your device only): remembers light or dark mode.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies: technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in securing the website; correspondence relies on steps taken at your request before a contract, on the performance of a contract, or on our legitimate interest in answering you. The cookies above are strictly necessary and therefore exempt from consent.

Technical logs: 30 days maximum. Correspondence with prospects: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Client records: for the duration of the contract, then as long as required by accounting and tax law.

We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. This website is hosted on infrastructure we operate ourselves. Personal data is only accessible to us and, for email, to our email provider, which processes it on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.

UHQ Services LLC is a United States company, and this website runs on servers we operate in the European Union. When personal data is accessed from or transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

When we build or operate AI automations and agents for a client, the personal data handled by those systems — customer conversations, for example — is processed on behalf of that client under our contract and data processing agreement. The client remains responsible for informing its own users. This policy only covers this website and our direct relationship with you.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Residents of the EU and the UK can also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws can exercise the rights those laws grant; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws.

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, regular updates and monitoring protect our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of the information entrusted to us seriously.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
